Characteristic of DMC-211

・Advanced model DMC-211 provides extremely simple operation and obtain measurement values easily with PC.

・Model DMC-211 non-destructive method measures almost all of the coatings on metal base, and also the metal coatings on non-metal base (e.g.; platings on plastics) in a short time (approx. 1 sec.) Easy operation. Appropriate instrument for every sample test.

・With personal computer, it is very simple to measure and calibrate, etc.

・A variety of measurement modes have made much easier, even the measurement on small parts or die casting item such as head of a screw, wire, etc.

・"Automatic Data Input" mode enables automatic input of readings and only by placing a probe on and off the surface

・Standard model has automatially selectable 80 calibration curves. The calibration curve for a particular sample can be made and entered newly when sample standards are prepared.

・The company name of your customer, part number and/or lot number can be input for each channel. Totally 40 channels are avalable.

・Statistics data can be saved for each channel. Statistics process is available by setting the statistics items after the measurement.
